I believe in making wellbeing simple, fun, and impactful.

Over the last 15+ years, I've worked as a writer, nutritionist and corporate wellbeing specialist. My role involved consulting small businesses and tier-one corporate companies on their wellbeing strategy to enable human-centred change at scale.

I've also been fortunate to work one on one as a clinical nutritionist, supporting my clients to achieve their personal and often life-changing wellbeing goals.

As with many health practitioners, we have our own story of how we ended up in the industry…this is mine.

Digest this

Having struggled with food intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) for years, I was hungry to learn more about the causes of disease, not just how to treat the symptoms.

I wanted to enjoy the good things in life…like eating. I was sick and tired (literally) of being on a rollercoaster of hunger pangs, mood swings, fatigue and frustration.

With my gut health in serious need of support, I booked an appointment to see a Nutritionist…and the rest is history.

Turning a new page

Not only did I learn how to treat my symptoms through diet and lifestyle changes. I was also hooked on wanting to empower other people to do the same.

I am a cliche.

I really do love long walks on the beach, green smoothies and yoga.

I absorb a ridiculous amount of health content and have an unhealthy cookbook addiction.

But I'm a fun one.

I believe life should be lived, loved and enjoyed with the people and places that make us happy.
