"I had always thought my diet was healthy but found out some of the things I was feeding my family for breakfast in particular were in fact not healthy .

I also thought products high in fat were a no no , whereas some fats are not only good for you they are necessary to keep you feeling fuller for longer.  

I am one of those people who has tried every diet on the market and since seeing this seminar I have completely changed the way I eat and have now adopted the whole food concept .
